• Analyzing customers’ requirements for retrofitting and expansion of Esfahan Oil terminal and Tank storage area Automation system consist of Industrial automation, Identification system, Instrumentation, and distribution system.

• Consulting with clients to prepare functional description and specify hardware and network configurations, selecting field Instruments and preparing Bills of Material(BOM), writing HMI and software design specifications for Esfahan Oil terminal and Tank storage area.

• Designing required electrical and control schematic diagrams for above project.

• Designed, manufactured and commissioned Control system of treatment furnaces of Abadan Oil refinery

• Manufactured and retrofitted several AC & DC drives and Soft Starters for Arak Petrochemical Plant

• Designed, implemented and commissioned O2 injection systems to modify DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) process of five DRI plant (It increase productivity of the plants by 15%-20%)

• Retrofitted Control and monitoring systems of Pelletizing plant

• Designed, implemented and commissioned Lime Coating process on turnkey basis (EPC Contract)

• Retrofitted and expanded Push-Pull Pickle Line Drives, Control and Monitoring Systems to increase productivity and quality

• Retrofitted and expanded Electrical and Control Systems of Lime manufacturing plant.

• Retrofitted, expanded and commissioned Drives and Control systems of  Coilers and Heavy gauge in Hot Rolling Mill and Tandem Cold Rolling Mill
